“We always stop here on our way to Cleveland. Comfortable, clean rooms, and a nice breakfast. Close to restaurants and Starbucks. ”

“It was 5 pm when we checked in but they were still cleaning rooms. Seemed staff not taking their job seriously. Check in clerk not smiling; breakfast clerk didn’t warn coffee even I reminded her coffee not warm. The hotel recently remolded but the remodel work was lousy. The toilet was not stable when sitting on it with shaking.”

“Short stay. Two days. Very nice room. Very comfortable, Enjoyed breakfast at the Bistro. Enjoyed sitting on the library deck (outside). Friendly staff. All good. Chocolate chip cookies and coffee near the front desk were much appreciated.”

“The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. It is super close to downtown St. Joseph and the beach! ”

“Although we only stayed for one night, the sunset alone was worth it. I am so glad that I chose to book a room on the lake view side. We were able to watch the sun set over the lake. We were also able to sit out on the balcony and enjoyed the beautiful weather. If you're not able to book one of the lake view rooms, there are 2 look out points just a block or so down the street. Out one night stay was wonderful. The only negative thing I would have to say is that I wish we could turn the balcony……

“Front desk employees were great. Hotel is a good price and it's a good hotel for the area. Some charge more but the quality isn't worth an extra cost. The beach is why we're all there anyways ”
