“Great house to unwind and get away from it all”

“The owner-couple have restored and maintained this beautiful historical mansion, a part of Scranton's once-central role in the economy of the North-East, to create a perfect venue for group gatherings. Their attention to detail has preserved the elegant atmosphere, and at every point of our stay, there was someone to support and answer any questions. The bathrooms are nicely upgraded and the kitchen is fully Kosher, useful for anyone who is serving large groups. Yoel was a fantastic host. He……

“Enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and comfortable. Everything was provided for the stay (bed linens, towels, kitchenware). Parking was available in lot directly behind apartment. Listing stated listing was apartment A however when we got there it was B right next door. Enjoyed Pizza from pub directly across the street. ”

“The house was lovely and we really enjoyed our time. Michel was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The only thing I would change is you are not allowed to open the windows and doors which makes the house a bit stuffy on warm days. ”

“We had a wonderful overnight stay at this location! It is newly renovated and an ideal space for a large group. We were a group of 12 and had more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Everything was exceptionally clean. Linens and towels were provided, which was a huge bonus. The basement was the perfect spot for the kids to watch a movie and hang out. It was about 30 minutes from Camelback (and an easy ride), which is ideal. “I’ve had experiences before where the listing photos oversell a property, but this booking is honest and spectacular. The house is exactly as it seems. The biggest plus is how communicative Sam is from the time you book until the time you checkout. I didn’t have a single reason to reach out during our stay, but if I did, I know they’d respond right away based on how our communications went leading up to the trip. I would stay here again. ”
