“THIS IS A 3 STAR NOT 4 STAR HOTEL. We stayed during their off season and many of the hotel amenities were not available for use including the jacuzzi, pool bar, gym, and sauna which we were not made aware of prior to booking. The room was not clean when we arrived with stains on the bed and hair/garbage in the bathroom from the previous person. The door had gaps around it so noise came through meaning the vaccuming around 11pm at night kept us from getting the sleep we needed for an early……

“Its a great place, great location. Breakfast is okay. We tried it 1 morning but then the next morning we decided to eat out. Did not have a fridge to keep my childs milk cool or no phone in room to call the reception desk if any questions or help needed. ”

“O hotel é incrível, instalado em um conjunto antigo e muito bem preservado e também localizado no Centro Histórico a 10 minutos da Plaza de Armas. Os quartos são amplos e reformados. Tive um ótimo atendimento, o café da manhã era bom e pude ter um ótima experiência. Único comentário negativo que é sobre a limpeza que não foi feita de um dia para o outro, mas de resto, fiquei muito satisfeito com a hospedagem.”

“El hotel es muy cómodo y está muy bien ubicado, zona tranquila, se siente un poquito desolada por las noches, sin embargo no hemos tenido problemas para movernos. “Leider war das Zimmer (Junior Suite) nicht sauber. Zwar war das Personal stehts um Sauberkeit bemüht, hat aber nicht geholfen. Eigentlich schade, da ich von den Riviera Hotels was anderes gewohnt bin. Und ja, leider stimmt es, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Strassenseite hat ist der Lärm unerträglich. Leider geht der Lärm bis spät in die Nacht und beginnt schon ab 5 Uhr. Wenig Schlaf is da vorprogramiert. Meiner Ansicht nach sollte das Hotel darauf achten, das die Suiten nicht zur Strasse……
