“I wanted to stay in Casa Andina but they didn't have a room for five so we booked one spacious room at this hotel the very last minute for 2 adults 3 kids. It was great. The hotel is close to the main Plaza and you can walk to stores, pharmacies, restaurants, places to book your tours. It has stairs and the front seat is in the second floor, our room was on the third floor. You won't be able to pay for your stay on hotels dot com but in person when you get to the hotel. “All the staff have been extremely welcoming and kind. The level of hospitality they try and provide here is actually top-notch for this area. Our hotel room is very clean and very presentable with a wonderful large Jacuzzi in the suite. It’s very walkable and close to the main Central Square, which is convenient. The area nearby there’s really not much to do but just about a five or 10 minute walk and then you’re in the middle of everything. The breakfast is not so bad even though there’s not a……

“Fantastisch hotel, gerund door een Peruaanse familie. Echte aanrader. Goed gelegen, en gevestigd in een mooi historisch koloniaal huis. De service tijdens ons verblijf was uitmuntend. We hebben dat op een bijzondere manier mogen ervaren. Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij, en veel extra hulp toen mijn vrouw ziek werd. Nog zeer veel dank daarvoor! We hopen nog eens terug te komen naar Arequipa. We zullen dan zeker weer een kamer boeken bij El Balcon.”
