“Nice photos but that’s where the benefit ends. The rooms was not adequately prepared upon arrival. There was no body soap in the shower, No hand soap either to wash hands after using the toilette. We only have once face towel. We need one more, plus two hand towels. Given the hour we arrive, I suffered about 20 mosquito bites. The hotel add does not mention that the hotel is built on a swamp, seems to us this is vital information to know before hand. The rooms does not have any storage at all……

“Place was phenomenal the only thing was the property was not ready on time we waited 48 minutes to get in because the Acura were cleaning there was no shampoo or conditioner.towels were k ok eft on the dryer because the were not ready and floor were wet . ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tikul on Holbox! Everything was really great – from the spacious room with a sea view to the super friendly and easygoing service. We even got some great tips from the staff, and whenever we needed anything – like a taxi – help was there in no time. The hotel is not located in the center, which some might see as a downside, but for us, it was ideal. No noisy bars at night, yet still close to everything: the beach, restaurants, and little shops. We rented bikes……

“It is a beautiful resort, delicious food, super friendly staff but there is definitely room for improvement: -more than 2 capsules of coffee per day -kayaks and bikes available for guests -wifi signal is very weak It is quite a distance from downtown Holbox but thats wxactly what we wanted, a peaceful place that gave us what we needed to relax and take time off. ”
