“The hotel was clean, well maintained, and well located. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only (very minor) complaint I had was that there were no scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet (they did have egg sandwiches), and there was only one meat option. But what they had was definitely more than adequate. I really liked the Craftsman and will definitely stay there again on trips to the Syracuse……
“The place was modern and clean. The room was large and the beds were comfortable and met our needs for maintaining our electronic devices. I didn't feel like I had to inspect the beds before sitting on them. The shower curtain was ripped and should have been replaced before we arrived.”
“Great location, walk one block to access the beach! Lots to do and places to eat within walking distance. The amusement park is only open on weekends. Room was as advertised. Only issue was checking in - I did not receive necessary information because I booked online, so be sure to call to confirm the details before you arrive. The staff was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. ”
