“If you are looking for a charming, interesting, and perhaps odd hotel, this is a great place. We were on a college trip, and I didn't want a standard, cookie-cutter hotel room. I knew a bit about the Oneida utopian community, and I assumed this was a converted mansion and would feel like a hotel or B&B, but this is a combination museum/apartment complex with a few hotel rooms. “Stayed here for the weekend of NY State Fair-hotel was wonderful-from the moment we walked in, hotel smelled clean and fresh, room was clean, comfortable, staff was friendly and courteous. There’s a little area near front desk where you can purchase drinks, snacks, and other necessities. Good buffet breakfast. Property is well maintained, location is convenient, close to Destiny Mall. “Our brief stay couldn’t have been better. We arrived in the middle of the night and were greeted by a friendly front desk guy, who was sweet enough to offer us snacks or anything else we needed, because we had just driven more than 12 hours coming from Chicago and were really tired.
