“The hotel is clean and was located very close to everything I needed. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The staff was great. My check in was delayed over an hour because my suites toilet was messed up so they had to find me another room. But the staff was friendly and let me work out i the fitness center while I waited”

Hands-down the best breakfast we've ever had at a Fairfield Inn. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and regulating the temperature in the room was easy to do. Overall, an excellent experience! Location was nice and quiet and is about a 15-minute drive to Syracuse University. We would definitely book again when in the area.”

“This hotel is a gem! We’ve never stayed at a Sleep Inn, and frankly our expectations were pretty low. We travel frequently, and we were blown away by the level of excellence we experienced at every level and from every staff member — the airport shuttle driver, at four am, took the time to give a cheery tour of the area en route. “Quiet hallways; clean facility; friendly staff; proximity to shopping sites, restaurants, outdoor activities, and the interstate. Our room was clean with a well stocked bathroom and comfortable beds. No pests. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you!”

“Terrible check in experience. Been told the system is down, wait outside with luggage for a hour and have to leave eventually because they “are working on it and don’t know how long it’s going to take”.”
