“Very disappointed ”

“It's a great place to stay if you are need of any of the university or hospital facilities in Syracuse.”

“Located in the quite neighborhood. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Decorations and facilities slightly dated but functional.”

“We arrived late at the hotel because there were torrential downpours while driving. So the weather delayed our arrival. During the drive one of my wipers also fell apart. So we arrived at the hotel and were exhausted. We were greeted by this delightful female at the front desk who not only greeted with a smile but also gave the address of a local valvoline. She told us that we can purchase new wipers there and they will also install them. She then proceeded to write the address down on a piece……

“It is a nice, clean, quiet hotel with nice staff, a good set of breakfast offerings, and spacious room. To enhance the experience, the only thing I would suggest is try to do away with the bright super white lights in the room and use bulbes that give a warm light. ”
