“This hotel is a gem! We’ve never stayed at a Sleep Inn, and frankly our expectations were pretty low. We travel frequently, and we were blown away by the level of excellence we experienced at every level and from every staff member — the airport shuttle driver, at four am, took the time to give a cheery tour of the area en route. “I did not like that nobody is on premises to check-in and check-out. Property was updated cheaply over damage. It was clean and smelled good, beds are comfortable and quiet on the 3rd floor!”

“Terrible check in experience. Been told the system is down, wait outside with luggage for a hour and have to leave eventually because they “are working on it and don’t know how long it’s going to take”.”

“Have stayed here before and have always been impressed. Was disappointed that the hot tub was not functioning (although no fault of the hotel as they had tried to get the unit repaired and the company servicing the hot tub had issues sending a functional part.)”
