“First off, all staff was very friendly and nice. Always there to help and assist. The rooms, pool, and common areas all super clean. Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! “We were only there for ten hours but had an enjoyable stay. Check in was breeze and the staff was great throughout. The room wasn't huge but it was big enough. Everything was clean. It wasn't a large breakfast but it fit the bill. The hotel has a restaurant and a pub but did not have time to go to either. We had been to the town several times so we did not do any walking but everything is close by. The price fit into our budget.”

“The hotel was clean, well maintained, and well located. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only (very minor) complaint I had was that there were no scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet (they did have egg sandwiches), and there was only one meat option. But what they had was definitely more than adequate. I really liked the Craftsman and will definitely stay there again on trips to the Syracuse……
