Our only problem was that we couldn't find the information as to where it exactly was located. it lacked instructions because it is down a dirt road. took us maybe 30 minutes of Geo tracking to find this location. Other than that the stay was very good. If I were to come back to this area I would consider staying there again. ”

“I'm always dubious about staying in apartment buildings, but this VRBO conversion was a nice surprise. Clean, good parking, nicely furnished, and the neighbors were quiet. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores plus short drives to major roads or highways. I'd recommend this unit to anyone for a short stay, as we did, or to those looking for a nice place to stay while working a temporary job in Kingman. Thanks for a great stay!”

“We had such a great and chill time. Host was super friendly and responded quickly to any questions. Home has so many beds, it was perfect for our group of 14, plus she stocked up her home with complimentary wine. 12 minute drive to the casinos, 8-10 minute rode to Davis Camp”

“No communication from owner explaining how to enter property. Sitting outside in 46 degree weather and having to wait on VRBO staff to get a hold of him to help us. They weren’t getting ahold of him so they gave us the contact info and eventually we got in touch and got the code to get in. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and on some of the towels. There was an empty liquor bottle and trash in the dresser in the bedroom We didn’t feel comfortable putting our kids in the “loft bed” as we’d……

“This house has the perfect layout for a rental to share with friends. Most of the rooms have their own bathroom. My friends and I have been using this rental property for our trips for several summers, this is the first time I’ve booked it personally. The house is always clean and well kept and is a short distance to Lake Mojave. We look forward to many more summer vacations spent here!”
