“We enjoyed the Laughlin casinos!! The scenery and the food was also great. The city was very safe and had friendly people. We also took a drive to Las Vegas and went to some casinos, did some shopping, and some eating. We had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed your house it came with everything we needed. Thank you”

“Very spacious house for entertaining your friends and family. Plenty of room and parking. Although some of the game room could use updating I will definitely consider it for future visits. Also the host needs to just leave the house rules and WiFi password on the kitchen counter for the guests to easily access.”

“This home was exactly what we needed! It was gorgeous, clean, beds were amazing, spa was amazing, views were amazing, everything was just wonderful. If we are ever in Havasu again, I would love to stay here!”

“The good: Nice neighborhood. Big house with lots of room for family. Large kitchen was great.I wish I had read more about not being able to get pool heat prior I guess I missed it in the details. The not so great: the hot tub only got hot after 4pm due to the cleaning schedule. By then it was getting dark and too late to want to enjoy the yard. Couldn’t get the jets to come on in the hot tub. The heat in the house randomly shut itself down to 62 after a hour. Needed a PIN code to keep it on……

“We usually stay in Bullhead but decided to stay here because its closer to family who live here. There were some little annoyances with cleaniless, wifi and spa issues but the owner did her best to meet those challenges and even credited the cleaning fee.”

“Place is great, especially for just me. However, the TV options are very lacking. Nothing but kids shows, or reruns. Owner should invest in a better “ Cable like” option. Could not get any of the MLB playoff games, or NFL.”

“I come to Bullhead City for work, so finding a place that is close to our office, comfortable for my older dog and myself can be difficult. This location was great! Everything about it was easy. It is less than 5 minutes from our office. The house is beautiful and the backyard was great for my dog. Also, I felt comfortable going for walks in the neighborhood. Manuel was friendly and great with communication and responded quickly. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in……

“The property fulfilled all of our expectations. Our Thanksgiving holiday went off without a hitch and we felt fully accommodated. The only disappointment was the high winds preventing us from spending more time utilizing the outdoor space. Our family would absolutely consider staying here in the future.”

“Driving thru Bullhead on our way to Phoenix. Stopped for a couple nights to rest. Made a last minute reservation for a dog-friendly property. It was a great decision. This property was perfect for relaxing. It is very clean and comfortable and so nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. We had 2 nights of great sleep before getting back on the road. Glenda was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again on future trips. ”

“This is a great place for some r & r. Lots to do locally. Visit dams, the Oatman donkeys, boat rides and many casinos to choose from. Nicely updated home took care of us.I thought the casino being close would be an issue but it turned out to be an asset.Lots of wildlife to watch on the river.”

“We did not have the experience that others did.The house was clean. It is older, there were a few carpet stains and you do have to go outside to access the Casita.The kitchen was well equipped there were paper products. The beds were comfortable and the layout was good everyone gets their own space.We were there Super Bowl weekend and found it to be a great value. Would recommend and would stay again.”

“We traved for a football tournment in Jan2025.The weather was 50s.The house was clean, had everything you could need. Pool with view was beautiful. Only downside is the boys wanted to swim and the pool never heated up. ”
