“This is one of the lower-priced motels in Hope, but it was much better than a similarly priced motel I stayed at a few years ago. The room was clean and the amenities worked properly. My biggest complaint normally about cheaper hotels is they don't have enough power outlets. The Heritage Inn not only had power outlets where you want them, but they had power bars on each. “Good service and good location. Located in the center of Harrison Spring. The facilities are new and very clean. However, the sound insulation effect is poor. You can hear clearly when walking and closing the door in the next room.”

“Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice.”
