"No Issues, room was clean, and adequate parking. The only issue I have is the miniature cups in the room which are way too small. I have never seen cups this small in a hotel room before. "A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only ..."

"Stayed before. Just a one night stayed following Lytham Festival. All staff helpful and friendly. Room was very warm. Air conditioning unit on wall but no controller. If i was staying for more than one night would have mentioned this at reception. Breakfast good. Will definitely stay again if i need ..."
