“We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.”

“We liked the hotel very much overall during our 2 night stay, and the staff and breakfasts were excellent. However, there were too many dogs for our liking and we found the parking inadequate and had to park on an inconvenient road. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5.”

“- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!”

“The hotel is magnificent, the rooms are ultra modern but the initial welcome from the female receptionist left a lot to be desired. We arrived at 3pm on Saturday to be greeted by a very sultry lady who informed us that she needed to take £100 pre authorisation, which we did not have an issue with. “Had an excellent stay at The Queens hotel. Staff very friendly, easy check in and a superb breakfast. Stayed in the double room, no views except of the back of the hotel but that didn’t bother us as we hardly spent any time in there. A 1 minute walk into town and parking was on the nearby streets. Would highly recommended staying here and would definitely stay again. ”

“The hotel is an excellent base if youre staying in Blackpool. I preferred to leave the car and walk through Stanley Park into town although it is about 45 mins. Facilities are great, leisure club, Starbucks, great beer garden and also a golf course. Lovely surroundings. We had a family room with a bunk bed which was basic but had everything required. To improve i would like a firmer pillow, privacy glass on ground floor as the outdoor pool users have a birdeye view into your room. The pool is……
