“This property was just as shown in the pictures. Clean, quiet, not far from shopping or eateries. The host was fantastic very responsive. My family enjoyed ourselves very much. We used the hot tub, game room, bbq. We would book this property again. My only recommendation would be for there to be a few more towels. Most of us were women and we needed more towels. There is a wonderful washer and dryer which us preloaded with soap very convenient. ”

“This was a great property for our group! The host was so kind. There were so many bedrooms and bathrooms, so no one ever struggled to get ready. There was plenty of room to hang out, and the kitchen was amazingly well-stocked!! We had plenty of towels, paper towels, soap, etc. I highly recommend this place!”

“We appreciated so many things about this house, including it being in the foothills, the spacious porches, (one having a large, restful swing), the large fenced in front yard where our kids and dog could play, the older style, the decor, the game room, the coffee bar, and the large amount of space. The host was great with communication and accommodating, as well. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future!”

“Spacious, CLEAN, comfortable, modern appliances (the refrigator makes hot water), very nice showers, extra large covered porch. My husband and I stayed 9 days. Townsend is a very quiet community with great local shops and resturaunts. Convient enough to Cades Cove to go every day. It was the perfect location between Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and Cades Cove without having all of the conjested traffic of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Also, near Foothills Parkway and "The Dragon". “We came for our husbands 40th birthdays, 2 families with a total of 4 kids (1,2,6,8) and the guys went fishing with a guide one of the days. One day it rained and we went to Pigeon Forge/outlets/Xperia and Iron Forge Brewery for lunch. The house was perfect for our group, the kids loved the lofted bed options, and loved kayaking and fishing from the dock. “This was the cutest and coziest cabin I’ve stayed in. It fit all our requirements with a hot tub, fire pit, plus modern features inside. We really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while it was raining under the covered deck. The cabin is as close as you can get to Cades Cove. It was charming and clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!”
