“Very nice house. Plenty of room. Extra living room/TV area in the basement. Host was very responsive to any questions. My Wife’s Dad uses a walker. Only two small steps to get in the front door. He had no issues. Nice deck for hanging out. Plenty of seating and nice grill. Soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the showers was a nice touch—just like the hotels. Also, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay there again!”

“We rented this house to be close to the lake for the guys in the family. We were able to park a boat trailer and have plenty of parking for other cars. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and game room. The water is lowered in the winter months and we would love to stay again in the summer when the water is up and use the paddle board and kayaks! Home was nice and clean. ”

“We were in the area with my husband’s brothers for a funeral in their family and needed a place to stay near Dandridge for the weekend. This house perfectly suited our needs and we were very happy with it. It was in a convenient location for us and we found it much more preferable than staying in one of the hotels in town. It was clean throughout with a nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. It is in a quiet location at the edge of the lake. We found it to be very peaceful and were able to enjoy……
