“Our son had a baseball tournament in Cortland/Ithaca so we chose to forgo the mediocre price gauged hotel chains and do some fancy camping. The owners were super welcoming. The tent was spacious (4 of us) and the location by the river was amazing. I was most worried about the shared bathrooms but they were immaculate & clean. The large walk in shower rooms with separate doors were awesome. The grounds have cornhole and ladderball, volleyball and tetherball. It would have been a great place for……
