“Shower room was moldy, frequent cleaning is required and cleanser for mold removal is essential. Air conditioner was not cool enough ....once technician disassemble filters, they were full of dust and this affected ventilation, once they changed a set of new filters my partner and I felt a bit better ......but it was still hot in room so we ended up asking for a fan.....and thanks god we slept well with the fully function fan. Hotel room was generally good despite of above problems....the room……

“We stayed at the suite for two nights. The room is bigger than most of hotels' in Hong Kong, including what you see in the hotel's official photos. A dining table in the room and the sofa set are great. The bed in the bedroom can be replaced with a king size bed for the suite. Staff at the front desk are mostly friendly and helpful. In general, hotels in Hong Kong no longer offer complimentary bathroom kits and bottled water. The hotel does not provide charging switch, either. It's overall a……
