“Die Übernachtung ist absolut außergewöhnlich. Die traumhafte Lage auf dem Berg und die tolle Burgruine, alles atemberaubend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr rustikal und urtümlich. Unsere Reise im Winter machte das Ganze besonders abenteuerlich. Die Umgebung zauberhaft mit Schnee, die Unterkunft, das Restaurant und das Frühstücksgebäude allerdings auch kalt. Wir konnten und mussten in unserem Zimmer zusätzlich einen Holzofen anfeuern. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem:……

“Perfect pick for us, convenient, clean, safe, helpful staff. Helped get a taxi to get to Salerno train station. Breakfast included. Beautiful view of river running thru Campagna. Campagna has historical sites which housed Jews during war, but the Italians were kind to the prisoners, which caused some their lives. US bombed Campagna causing deaths to Jews and citizens, but my family realizes it was a stratigic strike. Catacombs under church dating way back. Great Catina there, also pizzaria ”

“From the moments we arrived there and saw the beautiful stone buildings with the backdrop of the mountains and Italian countryside, I knew this was going to be a special place. We were greeted by two friendly dogs and a curious cat before interring the main living area that doubles as the breakfast/dinner area. The fireplace was burning and it was warm and cozy inside where we met the owners who were very welcoming and nice. We were escorted to our room in the back where we were pleased to find……
