“Puncuk pass resort is located at one of the best locations in Puncuk. However, resort is very old, not maintained probably due to covid and infrastructure is very old and broken. In our room, all furnishings and towels were very dirty and old. Furniture was also not satisfactory. Condition of swimming pool and outside area needs proper maintenance and cleanliness. Resort will charge you for everything you need extra even water, blanket etc. Size of the studio suite is very small as compared to……

Receptionist atas nama Alya sangat perfect dan mengerti pekerjaannya dengan baik, pengetahuan mengenai brand sangat excellent, Breakfast staff Mbak Ellisah, sangat attentive dan tau dengan baik guestnya yang menginap lebih dari 1 malam. fasilitas yang sangat terjaga dengan baik dan makanan yang disajikan baik breakfast, stall tenant ataupun room service dengan rasa yang sangat baik. definitely will be back……

“이틀치를 지불했는데 하룻밤만 자고 나왔습니다. 식당 조리사가 휴가라서 음식 제공이 전혀 안된다는 황당한 상황. 가져간 컵라면으로 저녁과 다음날 아침을 해결. 습도가 높은건 이해되나 bed sheet, towel 등 모두 축축해서 사용하기 어려울 정도. 방음이 전혀 안되어 옆방 손님의 얘기 소리 심지어 코고는 소리 까지...집사람은 한숨도 못잤다네요. 싼게 비지떡이란 말이 정확히 맞는 곳임. 안 자고 나온 하루치 숙박비가 전혀 아깝지 않네요.”

“1. near main road easy to find 2. has own parking slot for each cottage 3. swimming pool is quite big 4. spacious cottage but condition is not maintained 5. cottage 01-06 is noisy as behind these cottages is a road where a lot of motorbikes passing. cottage 09-14 is more quiet. ”

“The room and bathroom were dirty and not well maintained. The WiFi connections were spotty. No AC or heating unit in the room.”
