“We had the absolute best time. The house was right on the water, and it made it very easy for us to leave our boat in the slip during the course of our stay. The property was clean and well-kept, and there were enough amenities for us to either cook inside the little house or go out to eat and have a place to put the leftovers. Highly recommend this property. The view was amazing as well, and we all had such a great time”

“Quick access to the parker strip. Amazing people. Made me feel like i was at home. Super clean. The owner looks out for you and very reponsive. They helped me out with a couple good fishing spots. I brought all my stuff like i was camping. Wish i could have used the boat that was in the back. This is an amazing place to stay.”

“Filthy house, wasn’t cleaned before arrival. Loft bedspreads were stained, floor had a huge stain and TV was missing. Pillows on couch were cat scratched. Fridge was dirty with sand and hair on shelves. Too close to next door neighbors, no privacy. Neighbors are loud (maybe because the homesites are just too close), Back screen door kept falling off. Not at all as described on Vrbo. The River Lodge Resort is old, outdated and not maintained. The only plus was the host answered my call……
