“The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. The front desk employee who assisted me was at check in was Shower. She was a delightful person and extremely welcoming. The staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and accommodating to all requests. A wonderful experience all around.”

The hotel itself is not only a piece of history but a work of art. I would go back to Cincinnati again simply to stay here. Oh, and to top it off, the restaurant is one of the best we've ever been to as well. The brussel sprouts are out of this world, as is the butternut squash risotto.
