“Lovely villa in a quiet village in the hills above Sperlonga. Huge main terrace and loads of balconies. Pool was cold but we stayed end of April into May. Hot water in the top floor bathroom not great but fine everywhere else (2 other bathrooms).Very well equipped. Just like being at home. We prepared all of our evening meals during our stay and literally everything we needed was available. Also, really appreciated the box of kids toys: Duplo, couple of train sets, board games. We didn't use……

“Wir waren im August für 10 Tage in der Villa. Der Vermieter hat bereits im Vorfeld gut mit uns kommuniziert, am Tag der Anreise war sein netter Verwalter vor Ort. Die Villa war genau so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Besonders der Pool war sehr gepflegt und wurde 2x Woche gewartet. Alles war in Ordnung und gut. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Da die Lage in den Bergen ist, muss man ein Auto vor Ort haben. ”

“We traveled with 3 families, 12 persons in total and we enjoyed our stay very much. Every minor issue was fixed immediately. The kids loved the pool and so ce we had two very hot weeks we enjoyed the air condition in the kitchen and most of the bedrooms. Thank you very much for having us.”

“Wir waren zwei Wochen mit unserer sechsköpfigen Familie hier. Es ist ein traumhaft schöner Ort. Der Blick auf das Meer ist noch viel schöner, als man auf den Fotos erkennen kann. Der Pool ist groß und wunderbar, die Wiese gründ und saftig und der ganze Garten top gepflegt. Das Haus ist hochwertig und die Küche ist großartig - mit 5 Kochstellen auf dem Gasherd. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen ist, dass das Haus überall mit Deko vollsteht und die Schränke zu 80 % "privat" belegt sind. Wir würden……

“Die Lage ist genial. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend und man ist so schnell bei dem wunderschönen Strand. Der abgegrenzte Garten ist gross und sehr gepflegt. Es hat viele Vögel und Eidechsen. Am See kann man Krebse beobachten. Wir konnten im Oktober immer draussen auf der herrlichen Terrasse essen. Das Fenster zur Küche ist sehr praktisch, da kann man alles direkt zur Terrasse raus reichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und immer erreichbar. Wir haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung……
