“The outside is run down, but inside was very nice. Pictures make it seem brighter than it is- dark paint on the walls- but that was the only surprise. Parking space sealed the deal for me; I had business at convention center and walked there. Didn't need to worry about my car but it was easy in and out for short trips in Columbus. Bed was very comfortable, hot water for showers, and quiet place to relax at the end of the day. Internet connecton was very good. ”

“We loved this property! We went to a concert on campus and it took us less than 10 minutes to drive over. We walked across the street for dinner to an amazing sushi restaurant. We also ate around the corner from campus on our break after early entry to the concert, we were back within 30-30 minutes. The apartment itself was more than enough space, especially with two large walk in closets. Having 2 full bathrooms and was a huge plus also. The dishwasher and washer and dryer are bonuses! The……

“I needed a place to stay in between two different cities. Chillicothe was that spot and this loft fit the bill. Beautifully appointed and great location as many restaurants were within walking distance. I felt completely at home and was able to unwind during my stay. If I find myself coming to the area in the future, the 1840’s Loft will be my first choice! ”

“This is a cute condo located right on High Street close to all the restaurants and bars In the area. We were visiting for the weekend for our daughter's graduation from Ohio State and the location was perfect to Uber to all the campus activities as well as things going on in Short North. The condo has most kitchen amenities you'll need but the coffee maker that's pictured in the listing does not work (total bummer) so be sure to either bring a small Keurig or you can walk over to Starbucks down……
