“Positives: The cabin was super cute. The trail to Loch Leven lakes was a 5min walk away. Up the road (about a 10min walk) is a swimming hole. There was access to the river behind the house but not really a place to layout, I am also not sure if it was part of someone's property. Not so positives: I do wish there was screen doors on both the front and back doors to allow for a better breeze to come in. We also had issues with the hot water staying on. Day 2 we figured out you needed to run the……

“Overall the rental met all the needs for our trip. It was a cozy house in a great location with great view of donner lake. Love the balcony. However the upstairs loft was not as clean as wanted. The bed upstairs was stained with pet markings and smelled a little musky. But other than that, the rental met our needs. Another issue we did face was the parking. Initially the instructions for parking was not clear and we had to call vacasa to verify where to park. It was completely different from the……

“Fantastic house! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, Plenty of places for people to go and spread out. The room above the garage was an added bonus (great for kids to play and have fun, or a quiet spot to relax). We would definitely stay here again. Tha ks ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this spotless home! The house is an older one that has been updated. The kitchen, in particular, is worth note. It is tremendous! Unlike other rentals that are stocked with worn out, cast off, mismatched items, this kitchen has new appearing full sets of dishes, utensils, and cooking and baking items. It is supplied with spices, oils, foil, etc, and condiments in the refrigerator including butter. There was more than enough room for our food items in an empty pantry……

“Our stay at this cozy cabin was perfect for our group of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) and a dog. The kids slept in the loft area, and they enjoyed playing up there too. Rooms were quaint and comfortable. Bathrooms had heated floors, clean, and nice thick towels. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Parking space was adequate for 2 cars outside, no garage. The neighborhood was safe and convenient location for skiing and shopping center. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Ich house has everything one needs for a family vexation”

“Having a private dock was great but this dock was incredible. The house was very well laid out, well stocked, and the owners labeled mostly everything so that it was easy to find. The stairs where challenging (one of the guests counted 50 steps to the main entry) but the view and serenity made it worth it. Several more steps down to the dock but, again, worth it (just be prepared and have your fitness watch ready). Having access to the two car garage was also a plus.”

“We had a wonderful stay. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Well equipped and easy access. Just the beds were hard and not a lot of air circulation and a warm July night.”

“We spent 3 nights with our adult children. Cozy cabin with plenty of room. Well laid out. Everything we needed for cooking a Thanksgiving dinner. Easy walk to lake and to the Pub. Everything we were hoping for. (A particularly cool cafe style microwave oven). Would love to come back. Things to know…there were hairdryers in two bathrooms although we were told there were none. Towels were stingy. In “our” bathroom, we had 2 large towels, 1 small and 1 wash cloth. The management company couldn’t……

“This cabin was perfect! Lovely, comfortable, had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It's close enough to I-80 to be convenient but tucked far enough away to feel like we were in the middle of the forest. The hosts were very accommodating, friendly, and communicative. This was exactly what we needed! Just wish we could have stayed longer.”

“This house is in a great location. It is true to its pictures. The property host was communicative both before, arrival and departure. We never had any issue but it was nice to know there was someone attending if we needed it. Thanks for sharing your home with us. ”
