They are quickly overwhelmed. I found myself waiting more than 10 minutes on a few occasions because every time the door opened to take me down a single flight, the elevator is full of people in the gear. On one occasion, my son and I gave up after waiting about 10 minutes and lugged all of our gear and……

“We loved our stay at this condo. The condo itself has everything you need and is in the best location (in my opinion). Gorgeous views of the ski mountain and literally a 2 minute walk from from the condo to the main lifts and gondolas. Also right on the doorstep of numerous restaurants, shops and the supermarket. Ski lockers on the ground floor very convenient. Also the sofa bed in the living room is the most comfortable I've ever experienced. Will definitely try to stay at this condo next time……

“The property is nicely, remodeled and in a fantastic location for Tahoe Donner ski resort. Walking to get my daughter into ski lessons was very convenient. There are just a few things to note. We had an issue with the pellet stove (one of the primary heat sources), and although the property managers were great at communicating, they weren’t able to fix it before we left.
