“The hotel is well located and has all one could need for a business trip. The staff also very friendly. My only suggestion is that the speed and efficiency of laundry service could be improved. ”

“It was only a one night stay, in transit to Krüger NP. Everything was alright. The wifi was much better in the public area than in the room though. Rosebank Mall is within walking distance so you can do your shopping easily if needed. They have their own parking as well.”

“Everything was excellent. The only thing I would comment on is that the restaurant was a bit too expensive. Paul's in the Melrose Arch which is one of the most upmarket restaurants in the area was cheaper.”
