“Initially, I was hesitant to book this property because it lacked a front desk. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the contactless and seamless experience. I highly recommend this property. The spacious pods were surprisingly comfortable, surpassing the comfort of a hotel room. “Our stay was easy! It’s easy to park and the valet is amazing in hoe he helps you navigate the check in and where to go. Check in is easy. The staff in bar where your free champagne awaits is so fun! The location of the property is the best! Crossing lake on Lamar can be busy but you are in a lovely area. Love the relaxing pool and property. The bed was comfortable! All positives give it 12 stars! I wish the bathroom lighting was done by me. It’s so bright! Haha. As in any hotel not……

“It was very convenient for a meeting I was attending in Austin. Prices were reasonable, however the additional $54 valet parking per day was not as reasonable. It would be great if your website states clearly that you can use the valet to park in the garage or find parking elsewhere. Also, it would be good to block some of the sound from the bar/dance music next door (room 223). The breakfast was delicious and Dawn was wonderful and attentive. ”
