“Our stay was fine. The door handle to enter was difficult to open. They offered to send someone to check on it, but it was late by the time I reported it, so we said no, please. One multilight didn't work. The check in line was long, but moved pretty well. The hotel was clean, staff friendly, and our grandson loved the pool and lazy river. We were at a soccer tournament and many of the families were there as well. ”

“My husband & I decided to stay @ this hotel. We love Holiday Inn! This one was very nice, customer service was great! Our room was very spacious, the bar had good drinks and they also had a full restaurant. My husband is a smoker and this hotel allows smoking on the back patio! We really enjoyed our stay. We will book again soon! ”

“Everything was clean, very nice looking, even had good cable services. What ididnt like was dat, there werent any luggage carriers in the lobby during the check in so i had to make several trips back and forth to the car and room, house keeping did not change out my bed sheets nor towels, i had to ask the service desk for both. The other people that had rooms would let their door slam and that makes a very loud noise. Overall i will stay here again. ”

“I love the Jacuzzi in my deluxe suite. I did not like the fact that I could not smoke in my room.”
