“We very much enjoyed our stay at Portland Sanctuary! It was myself, my husband and my toddler. It was a large space, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was especially convenient and having basics like oil and spices made it so we could easily prepare a few meals. Beds were quite comfy too. My son loved the chickens in the yard! Only negatives were that the heaters are low to the ground and can get hot to the touch so I had to be careful which ones were on when my toddler was ”

“This is a perfect place for a single or couple to sleep, shower, and get ready for the day. I think it's a full bed, so if you're super tall it might be an issue. Great for the price; the accommodations are low-end hotel quality and could cost 50% more and still be a good deal. Minor, minor issues for the hesitant: - thin walls and a slight lack of privacy- there were drainflies around the shower and a single gnat in the blinds. - the neighborhood is a little sketchy, especially late at night.……

“The stay was great. It was pretty much perfect for our stay. It was very clean and felt exclusive enough. Would stay again for sure. As per other reviews, stairs were very steep. “We had a great time in this spacious apartment. The two bedrooms have their own separate wings as well as separate bathrooms, so it’s almost like having the space to yourself through the night. There were endless walkable, coffee, shops, breakfast places, restaurants for all kinds of pallets. So much shopping we just didn’t leave the Belmont Hawthorne division area. “We had a very comfortable visit! The beds and sofa were perfect to relax on after busy days out. “This house was in a great safe feeling neighborhood. Check in was very easy. Communication with the host was very easy and they always answered. The only complaint we had was that we noticed quite an ant problem in the upstairs master bedroom.
