“Relaxation at its best! Homey, well appointed, lakefront house on a quiet little cove. This owner thought of everything! Big snack basket with welcome note awaited us. Several restaurants and stores within 10 miles. Water toys available including 2 inflatable kayaks. They even had a "Smores Station" that our grand kids enjoyed! The only thing missing was a washer and dryer. Looking forward to coming back.”

“What a great spot for our large family to gather to celebrate my sisters 30th birthday. This house came fully stocked and I mean everything was provided. We could have packed clothes and nothing more and would have been completely fine. The no air part was hard only because we picked a weekend that was over 95 each day but there was plenty of fans to make the nights comfortable. The neighbors were really friendly and the location of the gas station was really nice. 10/10 would recommend the……

“Overall it is a great location and base for adventure. Our group met Dr Pol and crew, visited Reindeer Rooftops, Carrie grocery and Yoder’s grocery. Dined at The Herrick House and Mulberry Cafe. The ATV trails made walking in the morning a delight. The black squirrel sightings thrilled my niece. The deer greeted us several times during the day. “It was the perfect home to unplug and unwind! We live in San Antonio and come to Michigan yearly to visit our family so we are always trying to stay away from the city life during our stays and electronics. Waking up with coffee in the morning on the back porch was so peaceful. The home was quiet and clean. We will definitely be reserving again next time! ”

“Clean, cool and comfortable! Honestly can't recommend enoughl. The open floor space is great for socializing without feeling cramped. Coffee pods, shower items and laundry detergent/sheets were kindly provided. The neighborhood is quiet. And best of all, the back deck is incredibly calming! Watch the lovely Chippewa river go by, check out all the beautiful native birds visiting the feeder (get your Merlin app ready!), and enjoy the turtles, trout and other lovely wildlife who come to visit!……

“Very nice place. We weren’t there much as we were visiting our son on Crooked Lake . Two minor things that we didn’t mention on our critique sheet were that 1. Needs Kleenex in each bathroom 2. When we are paying this much for the use of your VRBO we didn’t think we should have to wash the dishes. No one could tell, then, if they were properly cleaned! Beds were great and living room was perfect! ”

“There was so much thought put into a comfortable stay for guests: brand new reading glasses, paper plates, paper bowls, disposable overate, great seduction of dishes, pots, pans, extra towels, extra pillows, extra blankets, coffee, ice bags, soaps, shampoo and more. The communication with Jake was excellent! We are coming back in the spring. Close enough for us to go see the Tahquamenon Falls, Dow Gardens, Whitefish Point, Mackinac bridge and our favorite was The Mouth of Two Hearted River State……
