“Mountain view and a cute little shared balcony area both second floor and the first floor. Dog friendly and the room was cozy and clean. We’d love to stay here again whenever we visit Sedona. Neighboring town it’s called Cottonwood was fun too. Quick drive from the property and there is a street with all the nice little local restaurants and shops there. Great area to stay! ”

“First time in Sedona. Nice place, it is small, but quiet and area outside great for relaxing. Immediate response from host. Everything described is accurate, but my GPS, Apple Maps, took me right to the front door. Thanks Bridget.”

“Simple, clean, cute older property fixed up just enough. Bed was comfy, couch was a little old. Kitchen had just enough amenities for what you need to eat at home. Property setting was nice.”

“The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances……

“Was very quite and comfortable place. Had all the amenities you need and a great view from the window. We had a little mix up in which unit we rented. We rented the lower less expensive unit but we were given access to the better unit on top that costs slightly more and the owner, realizing her mistake half way through our stay, let us know and gave us the option to stay there at no extra charge. We were more than happy with the unit and decided to stay. She was very accommodative. Although we……
