“Everything was clean and we appreciated the washer/dryer and the massage chair. Beds were ok and kind of enjoyed not having a TV for distraction. Only two forks in the drawer so bring your own or buy some compostable ones if you have more than two people. ”

“Was everything we expected, walking distance to all the shops we wanted to visit and a short drive to all the attractions we wanted to see. Only thing that would of made it better would be to have a patio heater on the back patio. This patio gave us a great clear views of the stars as we sat in the comfortable chairs but because it was much colder at night we couldn't stay out long. ”

“It was a fabulous stay for my friends and I in Sedona! We couldn’t have been more pleased. Probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Backyard is so relaxing and gorgeous. Great star viewing. Clean hot tub! The location is perfectly in the middle of town and wineries. Really close to amazing restaurants like Mariposa. Thank you, we will return! You made our first mama friend trip away feel like home. ”

“I hated giving five stars in all categories because I want to keep it to myself. This cute little house and guest house worked perfectly for us. My husband and I were able to spend some alone time, then jot across the walkway to enjoy family time with my sister and her husband. It was walking distance to Wiskey Row and all of the other amenities in downtown Prescott. The host was accommodating and responded to my questions immediately. We will definitely stay again.”

“Our family stay in Sedona was amazing and this house was the perfect home base for our group of 10! There was enough room for everyone to have their space when they needed and for all of us to enjoy each other’s company. The location was perfect…easy to access, close to West Sedona & downtown, and quick access to beautiful trails just short walk away (1/4 mi.). The kids loved the arcade counsel and movie room. “Overall is was a very good stay. The location was perfect and very centralized for all the directions we wanted to take. It was clean and offered many amenities like home. We especially enjoyed the gaming opportunity on the video game. We were able to relive some childhood memories of playing old video games. “We stayed for a few nights and enjoyed our stay. I'm writing this review several weeks later, so don't remember every detail. It was clean and comfortable and close to town. There are some views from the bedroom (upstairs balcony). I think the stairs might be a bit steep, but were no problem for us. Good kitchen to cook in, though from memory you might want to check on the specifics of cookware available depending on your needs. The grill worked great, however because of an immediate slope down……

“Loved the property location. So close to uptown Sedona shopping, grocery stores and hiking trails. Pros: hot tub, washer dryer, fully stocked kitchen, mattress toppers. No real cons. Note that there are two bathrooms but only one with a walk in shower that the two couples made work. Great property..,,,,we would stay again. ”

“Quiet, cozy, and well equipt loft home.”

“This property was the perfect setting for my 60th birthday celebration with my 4 daughters. The house exceeded our expectations. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and accommodated our early check in request. Beautiful neighborhood, great location and quiet. It was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely stay here again in the future!”
