“We loved this little house, its super cute and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was perfect for what we were looking for. It was also super close to downtown Cottonwood, literally steps away to restaurants and wineries. Communication with the owners was great, too (although we didn't need much). The only thing that we noticed was a strange smell, on occasion in the bedroom. We think it might have been associated with the air conditioner as……

“Michael was super responsive and helpful. The house is exactly as pictured. Some of the neighbors homes aren’t the nicest to look at but that’s not Michaels fault and it looks like there’s some improvements coming to the neighborhood. Close to Cottonwood and Sedona. Beautiful mountain views. Stocked kitchen and bathrooms- lots of silverware, plates, cups and towels. Comfortable beds and couches. The kids loved the hot tub, ping pong table and games! We had a big group- ages 5 to 75 and everyone……
