“House was clean and definitely cozy! Great on communication, and easy laid out directions. Loved the games and the decorations (especially the lights) The only negative thing was the location. It was close to everything… yes, but I would definitely not leave at night. Be aware of your surroundings and pay attention to the area around you. ”

“Our party included two adults in their 50s and one in her 70s, and this house was perfect for us during our four-night stay in Atlanta. The property is very well-maintained, spacious, and the four bedrooms are all fairly equal in space and comfort. If you plan to cook a large meal during your stay, you may need to supplement what is provided in the large kitchen, as the tools and equipment are fairly basic. The Keurig machine was convenient; bring your own pods if you want coffee. The two living……

“Our family, 4 adults and 2 kids, have spent 4 nights in this property for Christmas holiday. Location is perfect! Less than 10 min of walk to almost everywhere including restaurants. It's a bit small for 6 people if you are not willing to share beds. The owner was nice and easy to communicate to. Street parking could be busy depend on the time of the day, but much safer than I thought. Also because of the good location, we didn't have to drive for most of our stay. Cleanliness was below……

“Unfortunately we did not get to stay at this apparently lovely home. We had a freak ice storm that grounded us. My review is on my interaction with the owner. He was always responsive! AND given he had no reason to work with us, he was fair with the lost rental. We are replanning our trip and hope the home is available when we get everything reset. It was going to be the perfect space for our crew! ”
