“Great stay very clean house and safe area. Would stay again ”

“We had a wonderful visit to the area. We loved the house and location and have rented in the past and hope to stay again. My only complaint was the fact that the freezer did not work and had a bad odor. The owner offered to bring a small college size to get us by but I declined. I appreciated the offer, but we had already thrown away our frozen items. ”

“This cabin was awesome place set in a wooded area. It gave us and our 2 yorkies plenty of room. There's a screen porch were you can see the lake.Host was great, and provide quick response. ”

“We had such a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed to feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Communication with the hostess was a breeze—she was friendly, responsive, and provided everything we needed to know ahead of time to make arrival and check-in super easy (which was especially helpful since the location was a little tricky to find at first). Once we were settled in, everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend this……

“The cottage was nice with a comfortable bed. The view of the river was beautiful! The location is very close to downtown but it was not really safe to walk as there is no sidewalk and the road is quite busy. Overall it was a nice stay. ”

“This is our second year in a row of renting the Cozy Cottage. It’s a wonderful location to get away from it all while still close to plenty of Cowan Lake trails and Caesar’s Creek activities for the kids. We loved being to bring our dog and find all the amenities to feel like we were glamping. :)”
