“Clean. I had trouble finding the check out instructions due to the multitude of emails I received because the subject line in the email does not specify what the email is for. Fire alarm will go off with steam from shower when the bathroom door is open but good to know it works. ”

“The space was really cool! The decor was amazing and everything was as described in the listing. There was a slight smell upon walking into the house, but it only was noticeable in the kitchen. Certainly not strong enough of an odor to not stay there, just an observation. This still gets five stars.”

“Perfect location to WEC, Only 9 minute drive. can walk to restaurants in Wilmington. Very comfortable spot. ”

“The house is very comfortable. There were two of us and bedrooms were spacious enough to spread out. Kitchen has all the amenities. The host was very communicative and responsive to messages. I had a FedEx sent to VRBO address one month early and host held it for me. Pkg was in the home when I arrived. Lots of dining choices nearby. Good venue if you’re attending Cincinnati tennis. ”

“Check in was easy, appreciated the light on the front porch on as we arrived when it was pretty dark. The house was clean and the water pressure in the showers was amazing. Didn't expect that in an older home. The kitchen is very nice, very clean. The only suggestion would be ice cube trays and wine glasses. The six of us had a great time, and the front porch was large and enjoyed by all of us. ”
