“The location is a Shangri-la with a breathtaking panorama. I was welcomed as if coming home. The staff was super sweet, and provided all I could want. I really hope to return here. Do try the mussels!”

“The location is perfect for a day tour at Bilbao. Right next to the Guggenheim Museum within walking distance to the old city, other tourist spots and nice restaurants.”

“Great location, outside of city centre but easily accessible via train. Great local area, lots of bars, restaurants etc. The restaurant in the hotel is also fantastic and excellent service is provided. Rooms are spacious and clean and worth paying extra for a view of the bridge. ”

“Clean, friendly staff. Decent breakfast and a nice central location in Bilbao. Having the room next to the staff door maybe wasn't ideal but there was only one morning when they were using it.”

“Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very……

“The hotel room is nice, there are metro station and Euskotran station near the hotel, it is easy to access the old town and some famous attractions, like Guggenheim Museum.”

“The property was situated in the old town in a great location. A little tricky to find at first but once we located it was great to explore Bilbao. Parking at an additional cost was close by.”
