“The air conditioning was great. The room was nice and chill. They have large fluffy towels and plenty of them. The staff is always friendly and has good energy. The hotel also always smells great. The down side of this trip was that we paid a lot more for the room than we have before because there was a lot going on in Hartford. This was our 6th visit. It is our go to place when we go to see our son at college. We will be back in a week. ”

“应该算Avon星级最高的酒店了，地点和外部环境不错，不过对游客来说住宿体验一般。首先，酒店的所谓欧陆早餐太简陋，基本上是汽车旅馆级别的，有钱的话还是去旁边的餐厅吃吧，酒店的附属餐厅还不错。其次，房间和设施比较老旧，床单居然有破损痕迹。最离谱的是我在网上全款预定，到酒店后还要收每天十几美金的所谓服务费，让人难以理解，总之，今后应该不会再选择这家酒店了，之前不适合旅行的人。”
