“We stayed at the Garner Inn & Suites after a concert at the Surf Ballroom in nearby Clear Lake. It's about a 10 or 15 minute drive from Clear Lake, super easy, just down the highway. The Garner Inn is very comfortable and well appointed, actually nicer than you might expect to find in a small town. The breakfast included hot items like sausage and omelets, in addition to the expected items like a waffle machine and muffins and yogurt. Staff was very friendly.”

“The home is exactly as described, it is comfortable (beds especially are very comfortable) and in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner has made available almost anything you could need for an enjoyable stay. ”

“So many details that were thought of. Space was not overcrowded and well used. Felt fresh and clean! Great linens towels and bedding. We made full use of the property over Memorial Weekend. In for a family graduation party, it was close to the venue. And we hung out in the screened in porch a lot and even used the fire pit area. ”

“We celebrated New Year’s Eve and had our family’s Christmas celebration at this facility for the second consecutive year. The host lives next door and was quick to respond to our questions but gave us the privacy we desired. The quaint downstairs area features an old fashioned kitchen, seating area with a gas fireplace, large dining area, private bedroom and a bathroom. The upstairs loft includes a large open sleeping area, game room and living room where the siblings all stayed. ”
