“The staff and room were 5 stars. ”

“They're undergoing renovations. I'm sure it will greatly improve the property. It's a good place to stay if you don't mind the renovations. I stay there often, and once I had no hot water and changed rooms, and 2 other times the toilet was loose. They're good with service and are working hard to sort their issues. I still continue to stay there as I like the service and location and don't mind the occasional issues during renovations. If you don't want to be flexible I'd suggest staying……

“The property was clean, staff was courteous and friendly. The only disappointment I had was no continental breakfast offered. But to be fair, I didn't really look to confirm. I just assumed so that was my fault. ”

“The hotel was ok. It was clean. The room was comfortable. Good breakfast, not so many options. No elevator for second floor. Some upgrades must be done. The bathroom apparently was remodeled but it had a wall still in process. ”
