“My stay at the hotel was nice..i wasn't in my room much. I came for my 40th year class reunion. But it was nice and quiet every night when i came in tired and ready to go to bed.The front desk staff was very nice and helpful..my room was very clean and comfortable 2 things that i was not ok with.. I could not take a bath...i had to take a shower..for some reason they have the shower button set and stuck in the upward position..I have a bad back and hip so standing up in the shower was very……

“Spacious/ did not like the long line to get signed in. Only one person at the desk and she needs to work on being professional.”

“There was no microwave in the room, and ALL of the ice machines were out of order; that alone was a huge disappointment. The room itself, though, was pretty nice. Also, just as a matter of hospitality professionalism, the 3rd floor hallway carpet was absolutely FILTHY.”

“We were in Cleveland attending an event at Huntington Bank Field and chose this hotel because of how close it was to the event. We were not disappointed! It took us less than 10 minutes to drive down there. The area is beautiful, just across from the lake. We were able to walk to the beach and there were many shops nearby. Lakewood is absolutely beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all so friendly. Parking was super easy and we had no issues at all. Good job……
