“Nice clean cabin very close to many activities ”

“From start to finish we enjoyed everything about our vacation. Steve and Barbara are absolutely the most wonderful hosts we have ever encountered. Barbara saw we were having some issues with our truck upon arrival and showed up quickly to offer a helping hand. Unfortunately we found out the hard way we have a vacuum issue with our 4 wheel drive that made it impossible to make the last 50 yards of the hill to the property but Steve showed up with his tractor to pull us to the top! Again...amazing……

“We were in town for a church conference at Solid Rock Worship Center. Our drive was less than 5 minutes, so the location of this house was perfect!Everything was as described. The house was clean and cozy. The beds were SO comfortable...a rare find for a rental property, and a HUGE plus!! The back porch was a perfect place to hang out and enjoy the fall weather, and (though we didn't have time to utilize it) the back yard is really nice! I also really appreciated having all of the essentials on……

Close to all the outfitters and towns that have more selections of food. Just know if you show up at night (like we did) the numbers on house are hard to see, but are there.”

Having never been to the area before, I realized later that there are places that we almost booked that would've been very far from the places we wanted to see. This location was just right - close to Oak Hill and Fayetteville for shops/dining, and 10 minutes or so to the New River Gorge Bridge.
