“We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn, East Greenbush, NY. The staff was friendly. Some areas in the bathroom like toilet and bathtub look outdated. Room was clean. Facilities were nicely kept. Buffet breakfast was a little limited in hot food options; just eggs, sausage, and waffles. It was more continental than anything. Gym equipment was a little rusty. There was excessive knocking like 2 hours before checkout time. They came to the room to ask if needed fresh towels and to take garbage out……

“Came in for a wedding, honestly, the rate was high but glad to be close to the venue. Jessica was super helpful. I needed to check in a bit early to change for a wedding and she was great about making it happen. OneNote, there was an overflow parking lot that was dark and not secure feeling. The hotel was full. “They were very friendly with my dog Hugo and we had a great stay. I do wish Hugo a small dachshund can hang by the breakfast area as he’s super well behaved. We ended up sitting in the patio which is also lovely as the weather was gorgeous. They gave Hugo a little beef patty on the last day of breakfast and I appreciate it! Hugo can run around the open greenery area and he’s so happy ! ”

“Amazing ambience, lovely scenery upon the bank of Hudson. Easy drive to Hudson and Bard College. The only thing to mentally prepare for is that life is not as fast paced as NYC. Go with the flow and be nice to the staff because during high season they take care of lots of people without up staffing. ”

“Laureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. The bathroom was also clean and there was hot water. Laureen checked in on us to see how we slept and if our needs were met. She made a delicious hot breakfast consisting of blueberry pancakes and eggs how we like them served with tea, coffee or water. Lastly, the landlord/hostess, Laureen, always had positive vibes and friendly at all……
