“Every summer we usually spend at least a week in Hunter, NY. This time was one of our best. We stayed in a cozy apartment that had everything one needs for a peaceful vacation: a living room with a sofa for two, a big TV screen with Netflix and Youtube options and a bed for our beloved dog; a king bed, separated from the living area area with “gates” of unusual design; a kitchenette with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a coffeemaker; and a wonderful spacious bathroom. “This condo was cozy, comfortable and steps away from the slopes. We had an excellent Super Bowl weekend there with our teenage sons. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to make all of our favorite game day snacks. There are plenty of extra linens, towels, blankets and pillows. ”

“There is obviously a lot to of remodeling and upgrades going on. New hot tub was not installed. Bathrooms, beds and kitchen were nice. Floors and windows were very dirty. There were no bath washcloths. Perhaps they are not included. The wood exterior side walk is dangerous and needs replaced.”

“My family of six spent Presidents' Day weekend at this Hunter location for a ski trip, and it was fantastic! The convenience of the location was a game-changer; we could walk to and from the slopes in our ski boots without any real issues. The ski in/out setup was perfect for our family since everyone wanted to start and end their day at different times. While the description states it's an 11-minute walk to the lift if you walk around, there's actually a shortcut through the parking lot that……

“Overall great for a short ski trip weekend. The kitchen was a little lacking, and the water smells really bad of sulfer... but we had bottled water to drink so it wasn't bad. Great location if skiing at Windham, and only a 10min drive to Hunter!”

“Pros: The apartment/condo itself is in very nice shape. Appears to be recently remodeled and the owner was responsive. It is right next to the restaurants/bars in Windham.Needed Minor Tweeks - nothing serious, just tips for families..: *The two step entry process (key to building then App into apartment) made sense. Change the App name to "Apartment Door", not "Front Door" because we thought it also worked on the outside entrance at first.*There was no soap for the showers in either……
