“L’hotel est en centre ville dans une rue pentue. L'intérieur est soigné et charmant.
Nous avons choisi la chambre 1, en RDC. Pas de fenêtre et faible aération. C’etait notre choix mais nous ne la recommandons pas.

“Personale gentilissimo, abbiamo potuto fare il check in molto tardi senza nessun problema. Nella stanza sono presenti tutti i confort utili, dalla biancheria da letto e da bagno al caffè o the per la colazione. Posizione centralissima in ZTL da cui raggiungere a piedi tutte le zone di interesse. Possibilità di parcheggio in strada comodo e sufficientemente vicino alla struttura. ”
“The property is in an amazing town with much history. The biggest problem is access. We made reservations five months before we arrived and at that time we requested a room on a lower floor, knowing the topography of the town and that some rooms had many steps. My wife and I are not kids but when we arrived, after not being met at the train station as promised we had to carry our bags up about 75-100 steps to our room. The room was large was and clean and after several attempts at resetting the……
“Très bon accueil. La partie réception de l’hôtel est très belle et fidèle aux photos. Par contre, la chambre standard dans laquelle nous avons dormi n’est pour moi pas à la hauteur du standing minimal d’un tel hôtel. Le sèche serviette de la salle d’eau était cassé et chauffait en continue et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. La douche aurait également besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement. Pas de verre et pas de possibilité de prendre un café ou thé (même payant) dans la chambre. Une bouteille……
