“A truly delightful stay. Borgo del Carato is beautifully restored, and located in beautiful surroundings. The first thing that struck us is how the air is rich with the scent of orange and wisteria blossom and the garden in the morning full of birdsong. The team were all friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make our stay smooth and comfortable. And the food is delicious, with an excellent breakfast (the cakes deserve special mention) and a superb five course evening meal made of……

After 20 days of travel between turkey and sicily i would say this hotel was by far the greatest value for the money spent. Impeccably curated in every detail, elegant decoration. Comfortable rooms and cleanliness. The restaurant is great too. I would stay here again every time i return to Siracusa. Highly recommend. ”
