“This rental was perfect for my family for the week of Thanksgiving. It was clean, roomie enough for all, great location, and just perfect for our stay. The host was very accommodating and whatever we needed, was there. I highly recommend this unit. Thank you, Rah and neighbors for a great stay! ”

“The property manager was incredibly helpful. We booked an upstairs unit by mistake and we have a wheelchair user in our family. He worked it out so that we could have the downstairs unit. He went above and beyond and we were grateful. The house is quite old and needs a LOT of TLC. Hopefully remodeling and upgrading will be done. The master bedroom mattress really needs to be replaced. Overall, we had a roof over our heads and a place to sleep, but if you are looking for a newer, more bougie……

“Property is as described. Well maintained. Super close to downtown Princeton. Little over a mile. Owners were responsive to questions. Will be back and rent from them again. ”

“The carpet had caked in mud and stains. The chairs did too. Holes in some of the doors. Front door did not latch. Property is not well managed or cared for. We did not feel comfortable enough to allow our infant to crawl on the floor. Owner needs to pay closer attention. Also, fire alarm went off forcing a temporary evacuation. Would not reccomend.”

“This is the second time I have stayed in this home but in a different apartment. Wonderful, quiet location close walk to Princeton. Home was spotless. Had everything we needed. Check in and check out could not be easier. Great communication with process. Parking on site is convenient. Highly recommend. ”

“The weather was stormy, but our stay was very nice! All of the furniture was so modern and pretty. The house had wonderful character and all the tiny details really pulled everything together. The beds were extremely comfortable, as well as the pillows. The upstairs had beautiful light shining in. The layout was gorgeous. The walks everywhere were wonderful. Everything was in close proximity. I would definitely come back to this house!”

We had plenty of space and the location was great, close to shops, the Princeton campus and the canal path for runs and walks. We come to Princeton several times a year and will definitely seek to rent this unit again.”

“We came up for a wedding from NC. Thomas was who I emailed with and he was right on the ball with any info I needed. The VRBO was clean and super spacious, there was a really nice green space behind the property for hanging out and the location couldn’t be more perfect for what we needed. I highly recommend staying here”

“A 93 year old Great Grandma stayed with her adult children and spouses; this was a great home and get away. The breakfasts were impressive for hotel fare. Across from the airport 3 rowdy grandchildren and their parents live. Having a quiet place to relax after daytimes of visits was wonderful. The children used the pool as a treat.”
