“The cottage was great, nicely furnished, with comfortable beds, and conveniently located for hiking. An antique mall and a great garden center were 15 - 20 min. drives. The reason that I gave it less than 5 stars was that the coffee maker stopped working after day 2 of our 4 day stay. We left 2 messages for the property manager and got no reply. The kitchen could also use some better cookware. ”

“ it's a nice and cozy accomodation in a quite and green area! just perfect enough for the purpose of our stay.”

“My family and i stayed here for 2 nights on the way to a family funeral. Resterants are fairly close. Small town but close to Akron. Lakes are vety close. We fond a good fishing spot less than 5 minutes away. Host was eager to help anyway she could. Russ”

“When I booked with Thomas, I was looking for a place between Cuyahoga Valley National Park and the football hall of fame. This worked. It's very clean and comfortable. Please be advised that the listing says there's a grill, but there wasn't when we were there, which would have been useful when we had no power (BAD storm, not a property issue). The lack of advertised grill is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Also, remember to bring ziploc bags, foil etc. And the largest size bowl available……

“The access to the home went without a hitch, just as described. The home was clean, kitchen well-stocked, the dining area airy and bright, and the beds comfortable (although somewhat high to get in and out of - for us). The bathroom is small but clean and very serviceable. The heating/cooling system is good - accommodating the highly fluctuating high and low temperatures of our 4 day stay. “We had a graduation to attend nearby. We decided to make it a nice long weekend and add some stops. It is minutes from the Pro football HOF. The house was more than expected. There were 4 of us but this place could easily accommodate 6 adults with there own bedrooms, a large table for dining, the living room space provided for game nights by the fire. I would highly recommend this home. I had no iteractions with the owner because it wasn't needed. Easy check in, easy check out, and the home was……

“We had family come into town for my son's wedding so needed space for the out of town guests. Lovely house with plenty of room. Didn't get chance to enjoy the beach or water as we were busy with the wedding events. Little surprised that weren't given information about access to beach but house couple doors down did provide information. Enjoyed stay.”

“Owner Paul was very friendly and helpful. Nice fire pit area. Owner provided an excellent Cinnamon Loaf etc. Temperature control in the house was good. We enjoyed the living room area and the TV. The house was very clean. Washer and dryer were nice to have. Beds were comfortable. Good maps and brochures about the area were helpful.”
